Rector Search

St. Mary’s is currently working towards establishing a search committee for our new rector. This work involves the following subcommittees.

• Self-Study Subcommittee - With the assistance of the Canon to the Ordinary develop a self-study of the congregation which includes developing, distributing and tabulating responses from a congregation-wide survey.
• Congregational Profile Subcommittee - Working with the Canon to the Ordinary develop the primary marketing document which will be used in the search process to attract candidates for the position.
• Website Subcommittee -This work was done as part of the launch of this website.
• Clergy Compensation Subcommittee - This subcommittee is charged with the development of a compensation package that is sustainable with the existing budget, and competitive within the norms of the church.
